The idea for Fedeles IT came about after many years of working in retail IT and becoming disillusioned with the way customers were treated and decided to create a business to guide customers through the sale process.
WHO WE ARE
Fedeles IT is a partnership specialising in Information Technology hardware and software for small business and the general public. The partners have over two decades of combined experience in the fields of IT Sales and Purchasing and over 15 years combined experience in Retail.
WHAT WE DO
We provide our customers IT advice, source equipment, negotiate on price, deliver and install computer hardware and provide basic IT training.
Because we do not sell any computer hardware, we guarantee our advice is non biased and not motivated by any gain through hardware sales.
Our customers benefit from the peace of mind in knowing they have "purchased the right equipment at the right price" and are able to use their new equipment immediately for the purpose they purchased it for.
